“How to manage your time during this quarantine? How to find balance between physical and mental health?”
According to an interview with the astronaut Anne McClain about the required skills to live in isolation, one of the more important point is the ability to have a self-care routine, nursing the psychological and physical sphere. The isolation can affect people in all different scopes such as age, ethnicity, classes and zones; however, it can be harder to unprivileged and uneducated young people because the lack of knowledge on practices to keep the mind sane and healthy. Some of the consequences may be anxiety, depression, stress and a sedentary lifestyle. Having the answer to the questions, the human being becomes more productive helping the search of a better living. We can verify these arguments through researches made by WHO and FioCruz that demonstrate by data analysis and experiments the harm caused by imbalanced psychological and physical health. Besides of course reports like the one made by the astronaut McClain.
Process of exchange of plenty information applying the “Design Thinking” method. Through it, we punctuated the issues and possible solutions, being decided that the best approach was a mobile game.
