Summary

Our project is a solution that consists in a platform where people can post their feelings, the messages can be read for other people, whose can react them. Each post is going to become a celestial body. Each of them is a part of a universe being build. The similar feelings are going to be grouped forming galaxies. This project is important to show the people that they're not alone, and they can express themself using their art, and also creating a bigger art!

How We Addressed This Challenge

Our project is entirely based on people's urge to express their feelings, now more than ever throughout pandemic times. Achieving the artistic aspect of skies, Twinkle generates complete Solar Systems built of stars, planets and comets carrying messages, pictures or songs created by users. Each contribution makes the system grow, as well the recognition of common experiences from different users. The results are wonders, considering the colorful visual of different galaxies, or in another words, art.

How We Developed This Project

Our project is inspired by the images provided in the NASA's documents, which we used mostly galaxy and planet pictures. Our goal is to create a free artistic expression environment which the user can associate your expression with a celestial body, thus, creating a constructive experience sharing, aiming the user's mind heath and balance.

The creation method of our system was the game engine called Unity, it allowed us to create a 3D environment where the user can interact with the celestial bodies in space. All the images and inspiration of spacial layout of our prototype, were directly inspirited by the documents provided by NASA.
