Hello, there!

Food for Thought is one of the challenges that NASA has given its hackers. The challenge is to consider the journey of food to your plate, determine how disruptions from the COVID-19 pandemic are affecting the food supply locally and globally, and propose solutions to address these issues.

Local media have reported the struggles of our local farmers since the beginning of the pandemic and more actions are needed to be done to ensure that those who bring food to our tables are not left behind.

i-Agri attempts to provide a solution that will help farmers reach consumers and at the same time be assisted with their farm preparation and management to get better and quality yield amid environmental changes. Satellite and other data provided by NASA, JAXA, CSA, ESA, CNES, etc. will be utilized to make this possible.
