Monitoring Suplly Chain - Avoid Dissemination of Sars CoV 2

Summary

The COVID-19 pandemic has promoted a series of studies and analyzes. Among these is the lifetime of the Sars-CoV-2 virus on the many materials, especially materials in contact with food. The wide use of QRCode will make it possible to monitoring the food chain, identifying the points of greatest risk for exposure to contaminants of different natures, including the new coronavirus, determining factor for the establishment of barrier points and quarantine to control dissemination.

How We Addressed This Challenge

Using available resources / tools (QRCode), to generating and monitoring barriers in the management of product quarantine, based on information regarding the viability of the Sars-Cov-2 virus in different types of materials and surfaces, in the materials of product packaging foodstuffs.

How We Developed This Project

Promoting engagement in the use of technologies for tracking and monitoring the food chain, on all fronts, working with entities representing the sectors active in the area, demonstrating the advantages for the implementation and use of these tools. Our research was focused on the production chain, control tools and critical points of contamination.

I'm Jean, group # 206 - PickoffVid, formed by professionals from various areas. Products may contain SARS COV 2 on their surface. Our project is to create barriers to control in quarantine products considering the survival of the virus. Avoiding contamination from production to the consumer's table, using tools like Q R Code, integrating producers and consumers
