Summary

Our project is aiming to solve the lack of information the society has in the pandemic. Using a site that groups up all the information you need, keeping you informed. These information are collected by the use of masks and aglomerations, using an facial detection system based in python installed in the public cameras of the city. Other information is the risk areas of the city, based on government data, that shows the user the areas that you have a higher risk of getting contaminated, it also allows the user to report establishments that aren’t following the stated safety protection.

How We Addressed This Challenge

Our project fits into the challenge by making people aware of everything that’s going on, helping them on not being contaminated and stop spreading the advance of the virus.

How We Developed This Project

Our project started from the idea of the facial recognition system, than it turned into this site by an brainstorm, later on we started prototyping our site using adobe XD, the facial recognition system in python, the data used was the satellite image from NASA, and the climatic data from NOAA.
