Analyze virus DNA to accelerate healing.

Summary

The Genetic Analysis system will be an effective tool for faster decision making. The virus mutation will be detected in real time. Currently, there are already machines that do the DNA and RNA sequencing in minutes, however, the Genetic Analysis system has a complexity in the degree of data, capable of identifying and measuring the mutation and evolution of the virus, facilitating the work of Virologists, through indicators for the preparation of the vaccine.

How We Addressed This Challenge

Within this context, the general objective of this proposal is to establish protection against pandemics, in which the tool can be used to analyze possible pandemics caused by seasonal transmitting agents, which depend on climatic conditions; geographic and genetic location of the population, for several viruses, as well. I reiterate that the project is at the level of genetic knowledge to combat pandemics.

How We Developed This Project

We started using genetic sequencing data from different countries, using web technologies to analyze performance indicators. The machine learning layer analyzes the data and displays a web interface.
