Day 1 overview

Today was very productive. We decided to focus on sourcing valid/reliable data sets and cleaning up the data for analysis. 

We have also discussed the project with experts in ITU, and space medicine. 

It has been a long day for the EU team but we are handing over data analysis to our US team members. 

Team Introduction and Brainstorming  

We have had a really productive morning session with the UK and Croatia team members. After introductions to our role in space and life sciences, we discussed our skill sets and what our vision for the project is as we go ahead. 

We made a shared Google Drive with a 1. Google Brainstorming document 2. List of objectives and time frame for the 1.5 days remaining 3. Allocated tasks after lunchtime - at our 2nd online meeting 

We have also been using WhatsApp to chat to team members that are just waking up in NYC USA and will be debriefing them this afternoon about our plan to use satelite data to tackle covid 19. 

In parallel, Eleanor is tweeting about our bios and we will focus on tweeting our project progress tomorrow :)
