Our project aimed to explore the data collected kaggle, in order to create a comprehensive probability model that would help us predict future hotspots in south korea.

our project aims to create a probability model that will help outline the major factors that influence COVID spread and also help predict future hotspots

How We Developed This Project

Our team chose this challenge as it was the right one for the combined skill set of all the team members. We wanted to create a model by regressing different independent variables/factors on our dependent variable ("confirmed COVID cases"). We used data found from Kaggle on south korean COVID cases. We incorporated Jupyter Notebook platform to aid our solution. We had issues with data finding and data preparation initially, and this was our biggest hurdle.
