We did this project base on an idea in which we tried to Implement challenges the challenges are: Can you identify patterns between population density and COVID-19 cases and identify factors that could help predict hotspots of disease spread, we perform this challenge by collecting data about the relation between population density and COVID-19, and we think that making an application with the ability to know the place that people located in will make us realize where people are concentrated and how many people in each area which will mainly help people to choose the right places to go with less concentration ; for making this option we will put a device in each street to monitor and calculate the people in each lane with by the camera in this device and providing it with sensor for to know the extent of the air humidity in the place Knows that it increases the spread of COVID-19 There are environmental and anthropogenic factors may cause an increase in the spread of COVID-19, there are many research papers that state that sports can spread COVID-19 very quickly of such as running competitions may cause confusion between runners which will increase the probability or the risk of spreading of COVID-19 and there are also other activities or factors such as tourism which plays an essential role in spreading of COVID-19 because of the patients move to different places, which leads spreading of the virus, from the factors that increase the spreading of the virus is the economic activities that cause air pollution which greatly increases the spread of the diseases, there are many medical analyzes and reports that confirm that tobacco and smoke increase the spreading of COVID-19, so in our application, we will put information for each place such as factories in the area , and stores selling things that produce pollution, which causes a faster spread of the disease we will use a satellite name , "Sentinel-5P " which significantly essential that we can use it for knowing the pollution in each place by its ability to examine the presence of CO2, CO, O3, SO2, and aerosols. And we also use NASA UARS for providing our project to measure water vapor on a global scale and with unprecedented accuracy, and for measuring the humidity of the atmosphere, all of these functions are important for the global climate. SDOH is It is a summary of the word Department of Health and Social Care, SDOH is concentrated in several categories (activities) such as Neighborhood, and Built Environment is one of the critical examples of SDOH. It states that home could be the source of spread of the disease (COVID-19) neighbor may spread the disease our neighborhoods and built environments shape our lives More than just a choice between apartments, condominiums, and single-family homes, and neighborhoods are so essential to overall health that a person may end up living a 20 year shorter life than someone living for a few miles away. We do, ''t have control over much else, so, at the very least, a home should be a haven from the threats of the outside world. You should be calm and assured and know if your neighbor suffers from diseases or not. It will be among the criteria for determining the possibility of infection when you sign up in our application. You must write if you have any disease or Symptoms of the disease. We can collect information about all users so that we can determine the possibility of injury from the neighbor. Health care is also an example of SDOH. Our application will increase health care by providing the user with the percentage of probability to be affected with COVID-19. Also, there is a QR code in each place. The user must read the code with the mobile phone for providing his location to the system Economics is also one of the SDOH examples, our application depending partly on the location of the economic field as Companies and factories, and even shops we clarify their places in the program to determine the areas where there may be a density population or pollution.
This challenge has greatly inspired us because we are so influenced by the idea that humans are the cause of the planet's collapse. when the epidemic struck us, it seemed to have saved the life of the planet by trying to eliminate us. The optimists - and we among them - always look at the positive aspects of all matters and events and the full half of the cup, and believe that in the fold of every ordeal to which people are subjected to a divine grant, we should pay attention and take a lesson from it. Therefore, we seek to try to control the problem that may destroy the entire planet, and one of the things that may eradicate this epidemic is controlling it, so we may control it by knowing how to escape from the disease.
We developed this project by putting the QR code in an advertising poster for the application which provides the users with information about the COVID-19 cases in any specific town. We put also a feature that developed it more that is measuring the percentage of being infected to the virus.
From the problems that we faced in our project that all of us are different in there conditions as there is a healthy people and there is an infected people and there is different in the age of the people all these conditions make the percentage of each one different from other.
For dealing with these conditions we study all these conditions and it effects and we also studied the factors in each place such as; climatic changes and climate and we also studied the probability of density population for providing this information to the user.
In order to develop our project, we used the “Java programming language” with” Flutter” to create an interface programming that the user will interact with and enter his data (such as name, age, and location ....) And that was by using the “Android Studio” application. We used the “Python programming language” to enable the device to be placed in Streets to get to know people and means of transportation or anything that the camera of the device sees will distinguish it. We have used that in the “Py Charm IDE,” specifically in identifying the things that the device camera sees we have used the “TensorFlow library” in “Python,” which is the second generation in machine learning in “Google” which is an application of artificial intelligence.
At the beginning, our goal was to design an application capable of predicting the prevalence and concentration of Covid-19, and to enable the application to infer this ratio, the factors that affect determining the risk of infection in a specific location must first be studied. These factors are 1- Humidity: a humid climate helps On the faster transmission of infection, and this was evident in many statistics, and to link the application to a source providing it with that information it will be linked to NASA UARS satellite data 2- Air pollution: It turns out that places with high rates of air pollution have a higher risk of infection as a beneficial infection and also The death rate of those infected with Covid-19 increases, it will be linked to Sentinel-5P satellite data 3- Human activities: It was very related to the increased transmission of infection, we have found that the places where the tobacco industry has higher rates are more exposed to infection. 4- Social habits are also an influencing factor as it was found that the sweat that comes out of the hostile body is also a carrier of infection, and mixing between people increases the chances of transmission. Therefore, the application will depend on data in a specific accumulation in a specific location on a device that will be found in public streets and will use a specific algorithm that calculates the number of people and cars and that The application will help to know the presence of a certain crowding and to alert the user if there is crowding. Through these influencing factors and data sources, the application will be able to display the probability of concentrating the infection in the place the user is searching for, and the application will also calculate the infection rate of the same person with the infection through the data that the application requests from the user during the login as the age (which is An influencing factor also is that the elderly and children are the most susceptible to infection (and diseases that the user suffers from, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and respiratory problems) (people who suffer from these diseases are more susceptible to infection).
