The challenge is to identify the human factors affecting the spread of COVID-19 virus and using those factors to predict the next hotspots. In this project, we identified three main factors: population density, transitions rate between places, previous hotspots and number of infected people, using those and several other data in an algorithmic order and comparing them to obtain new information for predictions. The project is also divided into 3 aspects, one for displaying the prediction on maps, one contains information and protection methods and the other is symptom tracker and checker to obtain an accurate number of infected people and help in preventing contacts with potential carriers.
Egypt has a high population density which leads to many other factors that accelerate the spread of a contagious disease as COVID-19. we concluded after searching that the spread rate is highly related to humans factors rather than environmental ones so focusing on them too solve the problem is more effective. we used Flutter in this project to develop an app that analyzes the factors we obtained to predict the next hotspots and display it, track the user's health to diagnose early symptoms and prevent them from mixing with healthy individuals. the data of infections, death, hotspots and predicted hotspots will be presented on a map, an additional feature is using GPS to track the user route to take precautions and prevent further cases. there will be a window providing information of COVID-19, symptoms and protection ways. There will also be a symptoms tracker for diagnosing in an early stage.
