Our project identifies and predicts the accurate patterns and correlations between the implementation of safety measures and the spread of the pandemic.
This could be used to identify the most effective combination of measures to prevent further spread of the virus. This project could compare countries in similar socio-economic and cultural backgrounds to base the regression off of to get the most accurate predictions.
We were inspired by hearing the daily cases on the news increase and no seeming solution come to light. With politicians confused, we knew that a tool to sugest the best preventative measures was needed.
