The project is an application that's used in identifying the person's condition and tries to improve it. It helps in choosing the best activity that can be done according to the person's condition. By using this application, it will be a bit easier to identify what you feel which could reduce the risk of the quarantine's drawbacks as many people don't absorb the changes that occur in their character resulted in some psychological problems. This application also tries its best to cover all the conditions that can be found in different people in different ages.
The challenge was chosen for specific reasons as it was found that the psychological effects resulted from the COVID-19 were considered one of the series problems that face the world as due to the quarantine it became very easy to be affected psychologically and to be at the risk of depression. So, we tried to develop the idea of the self-test used by the astronauts which we found during our search and thought about an application that tests you by a few questions leading to the best activity that can be done at that time. this step can be achieved by answering specific questions that can identify the user's character and age and other things. it recommends many activities according to their benefits which are needed. One of these activities is practicing sports as it offers numerous health benefits, which include improving lung and heart function, some of these sports can be shown below:
