In the social and emotional sphere, we see much anxiety and fear on the part of the population, who sometimes find themselves lacking reliable information, the promise of false control of the situation, and increased time in confinement.
The current situation affects in different ways in the lives of individuals such as:
• Emotions and feelings: they produce sadness, loss, susceptible to the situation, fear and worry.
• Needs: They seek greater stability, manifestation at different times of the need for tranquility, and the desire that everything be as before. (De la Serna, 2020)
There are many medium and long-term effects in these times of pandemic that society is facing right now and that it will continue to face for a few more months, but the mental health care of all people is important, just as it is that People who lose a loved one due to covid 19 feel supported during this crisis and when it happens to counteract some type of disorder that people acquire due to isolation (OMS, 2020). That is why the role of psychology has been of utmost importance at this time to be able to provide help to this person and to all the personnel that require it, not only the one who loses a loved one what they need, nor the health personnel who I work under pressure at this time, we are all of us who need psychological and psychosocial support to avoid falling into anxiety and depression pictures due to confinement in our homes and not being able to do our daily activities that we are used to.
According to (National Aeronautics and Space Administration, 2020), one of the problems that can occur in astronauts due to confinement for a long time is loss of sleep and circadian desynchronization, which leads to a decrease in the performance of their work. Although studies have already been done to carry out different therapies to decrease these, the current situation with Covid-19, leads us to more advanced studies.
That is why this application addresses the problem of isolation through accompaniment at any time of the day, through avatars that can interact with the subject, using artificial intelligence, programmed for a basic conversation, self-therapies are carried out guided by this, in case the subject presents anxiety, panic attacks or only requires didactic games to increase family interaction, to make a diagnosis or suggest a routine, they must use Big Data, which consists of using enormous amounts of data that they are found in experiments with people who have been subject to confinement. After carrying out these investigations and having the data, they must be processed by a Deep Learning algorithm, which suggests the most required action to take based on the actual information previously supplied to the machine.
Our group was inspired by new technologies and current problems that welcomes us at this juncture.
This problem was approached from psychology on the basis of mental health, and as anxiety and depression can be prevented during isolation, the references were affected by information on the effects of being in isolation on long-term trips and how are you Astronauts, these bases help us develop the most important aspects in which they would be part of our avatars and that you need to be of help in cases of social isolation.
one of the biggest problems in our team was communication but it is rewarded with the achievement of entering this challenge
For the development of this project it was necessary to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques, thus with the implementation of Big Data large volumes of data were supplied, which can be interpreted with Deep Learning algorithms and thus suggest the steps to follow the user. In the event that the concept of an intelligent application that can interact autonomously with a human is developed, the main difficulties may present the lack of data collected from people in confinement outside the land and from controlled environments.
