The challenge is to find new solution to combat social isolation.
ALOHA is a new application for those who are alone, bored and depressed at home due to covid-19 or even for the astronauts on long-duration spaceflight. This app enables you to kill your lonely and make the best use of your time. It’s a social app for sharing skills and make new activities. The main idea of the app is anyone who have a hoppy or special skills can use the app to create a team then became the instructor of its own team. This instructor should be active with the members, correct their mistakes and guide them to the right road.
For people who don’t have any skills, it’s time to gain some by searching about your interests skills then join a team. when you join a team you can chat with other members and share videos of your progress.
With ALOHA you can be more energetic, upbeat and full of life.
What inspired us to choose this challenge?
When we search on ESA and earth observatory of NASA about covid 19 we found out that the world started to enter in an isolation age. Traffic is almost none in some cities, most of all human’s activities had stopped. Employees started to work from home. All of this made people live in fear and depression. They couldn’t even meet their relatives or friends. They only have to stay at home.
How did we use space agency data in your project?
We search a lot about the problem of covid 19 then discover that the world has changed as an example chine nighttime lights have decreased so much in due to covid 19 pandemic.
so we decide to find a solution that help people keep in touch with each other and make the best use of their time. At the end we get the ALOHA idea "Whatever, The Distance we still Closer."
