Talk, see, interact with people, and the environment. These are some of the human activities that have been highly impacted in the face of the unprecedented health crisis that the world is currently facing with the new Coronavirus.
Reduced social contact is a psychological risk factor and a cause of mental illness, so look for a solution that decreases or social distance, reduces the psychological impact caused by isolation and go further, use the solution users a unique interaction experience, culture and fun.
The CulturAR Project is an application that provides the approximation of people and interaction with distant environments on the mobile screen, through an experience guided by innovation and virtual reality.
The application consists of the area of interaction between people from all parts of the world that interacts with themes of common taste, museum rooms for example.
With the functionality to scan an environment and interact with it in another location, receive as people who need to stay long, for a long period, as is the case with astronauts, according to the article Social Isolation in the Context.
CulturAR is able to help people experiencing isolation, minimizing psychological and emotional effects, using technology to bring each user closer to their routine, their comfort zone, and various types of entertainment and knowledge, even in the various innovative activities in the virtual approach and in the digital experience.
We structured the ideas, defined a focus initially and created a question form to identify whether people would be interested in using an application like this, we identified that it would be relevant to most and after that feedback, we started the creation process, we chose a platform to create the screens and how the flow of our application would be, what information and themes would be addressed and we managed to arrive at a final result of the screens.

We use as reference and inspiration or data provided by NASA, on the website (https://www.nasa.gov/hrp/social-isolation) where it addresses the topic of Social Isolation, we think about how astronauts are affected by the issue of isolation and how it is possible to contribute, NASA has specific studies for isolation and knows how it can affect the health and performance of each individual. We watched several videos on youtube and did a lot of research on Google to get information and find a better solution.
