Light the Path

The COVID-19 pandemic initiated changes in human population movements and activities around the world. Your challenge is to use Earth observations to explore how human activity and regional land-based human movement patterns may have shifted in response to COVID-19.

Covid Star Cities

Summary

Research space systems and recovery projects focused on covid-19, adding an application to show the impact of the spread of the pandemic. The development of the application was made to discover how human activities and regional patterns of the human terrestrial movement may have changed in response to covid 19. Helping people in controlling the spread of covd19

How I Addressed This Challenge

Covid Star Cities is an app that creates a challenge among American cities by ranking those that are most respecting curfews. At the end of the month, the winning city will have its name used to name the next star discovered by NASA. Users can monitor the ranking daily, as well as receive reminders and tips on how to avoid the corona. The application will use the Black Marble tool to do the proper monitoring.

How I Developed This Project

The project deals creatively using NASA's data tools to understand the ante and after the pandemic. And see the results of terrestrial human movements that may have changed in response to Covid 19.
