The COVID-19 pandemic initiated changes in human population movements and activities around the world. Your challenge is to use Earth observations to explore how human activity and regional land-based human movement patterns may have shifted in response to COVID-19.

Minerva

Summary

Minerva, a communication tool in form of a website. we got headquarters that collect information about changes in human behavior in the pandemic scenarium. Minerva's main goal is to assist and inform people with psychological disorders caused by social isolation, especially in regions most affected by Covid-19.We work with real information using collected data from existing devices, like cell phones, and satellite images to observe these behavioral changes such unusual situations.

How We Addressed This Challenge

The challenge illuminates the path refers to human movements and activities resulting from COVID-19, the solution will be to connect, electronically, the poorest areas that have undergone changes in flow, resulting from the same reason. Headquarters for informational distribution and basic resources for development and self-support during the pandemic and post. It is worth highlighting the importance of the project, as it will deal with information that will help understand society in an atypical situation and will also help those in need. In a globalized world, social interaction is valid and that is what we are going to propose.

How We Developed This Project

We chose this challenge because it was what we identified most. For this, research and data collection were carried out. Resulting in information packages with the help of several resources made available by NASA, ESA and JAXA. From that we thought about a project that could help the most needy and the development of our country. In this way, we will develop Minerva to achieve our goal. Unfortunately we had difficulty with time management.
