GoSafe project respond to the central problem: people and establishments are not following recommendations for combating covid transmission in a standardized way, and this problem is inserted in light the path challenge, this developed tool can help to create a pattern behavior. GoSafe app brings part of the solution for communicate changes in population movements related to covid and taking decisions about how to prevent the virus spread and more cases with simple and easy actions by collecting opinions and rating places.
As a base, we use the Scrum methodology to organize our demands and attributions, we created a backlog and a centralizer document to check the status of each demands, we also utilized an adaptation of Agile Ceremonies, in order to align the expectations, deliveries and we opt for roles adaptations, adopting a Scrum Master and a Product Owner.
The project was created during a brainstorm technique to impact now and the future of people looking for their safety during covid pandemic and others infectious diseases. To be as simple as possible and rapidly validated it was thought as an app, so people can download and use it quickly.
The identity, logo and slogan of the brand GoSafe including the authorial jingle were developed during the 48 hours of the hackathon. The app developed and prototype considered UX and UI subjects.
The latest points were developed to communicate the project idea to be clear and understood. The videos were produced and draw by the team in the After Effects software. And the app was developed in React Native software.
Using night light monitoring tools and some researches about thelight patterns alterations since the beginning of the pandemic, we identified a common behavior, the light focus radius in metropolis are increasing, and we saw a significant appearance of spotlights in inner cities.
