Light the Path

The COVID-19 pandemic initiated changes in human population movements and activities around the world. Your challenge is to use Earth observations to explore how human activity and regional land-based human movement patterns may have shifted in response to COVID-19.

Ifá Project

Summary

The Ifá project is a real-time viewer of the cases of Covid-19, with the Data Visualization we can use-it for making probabilistic models of the reality, helping us to make better decisions. He correlate Covid-19 Data using a neural network and make a high dimensional data visualizaton with T-SNE algorithm and show us a geoespacial map alowing us a real-time viewing. The Ifá viewer can be used too for other king of disieses like ebola, cancer or even the number of cases of domestic violence for exemple.

How We Addressed This Challenge

Our project use the Google search, and the Nasa and Google Maps satellites data to create a high dimensional data visualization  and transformate in a geoespacial map .

This can correlate Covid-19 cases to The NASA Earth Data gives us the information of climatict andenvironmental factors that can interfere with the proliferation of covid cases and even understand how regional human behavior has changed in response to the pandemic., social factors and show us in real-time the cases and the factors that create they,

How We Developed This Project

1-the current situation worldwide in the fight against COVID-19 made me hope to contribute and help for the cause.

Our approach to this project was to use Data Science to predict and find better ways to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic and even in different disease scenarios such as malaria, cancer and others.

We use Python and libraries like TensorFlow and vis.gl, as well as algorithms like T-SNE.

The common problem was to deal with the gigant amount of Data and how the system will deal if them.
