The motive of this project is to find the solution that reduces the emission of nitrogen dioxide and carbon dioxide gas which are produced due to the human activities and developmental works, this ultimately connects with the positive impacts created due to the reduced human traffic in the environment because of COVID-19.
We were seeking the opportunity to present our ideas regarding the impacts of human traffic in the protected areas. so we chose this challenge as to provide the world with our solution for the impacts of reduced human traffic due to COVID-19 using NASA's data. Due to the data of NASA, we were able to know how harmful nitrogen dioxide, carbon dioxide is being to nature and humans themselves. How the human traffic played the main role in the increment of these gases which jeopardize the environment. So on the one hand, the lockdown has reduced the human pressure and opened the doorway to heal the nature. On the other hand, due to this, some problems have arised such as depletion on economic growth, unavailability of resources, etc. Use of NASA's data has provided us an opportunity to analyse the impacts of lockdown in nature.
In the development phase of this project, we visited the protected area nearby us, i.e. Siddhababa Community forest so that we can practically pave the way to the solution. There we got to know in detail about the situation of various floras and faunas. Researching a bit, we came to a conclusion that the situation has gotten better these days compared to the situation before the lockdown.
In the midway of this project, we faced various hurdles and obstacles finding the reliable and appropriate data. We were able to cope them by using the data provided by NASA in website data.nasa.gov. With its effective use, we were able to trace and analyse the impacts more conviniently. At the end, we were able to come up with the solution which are practically feasible. We hope the solution we derived we the assistance of NASA's data can be implemented and have positive impacts in the near future.
