Purify the Air Supply

Has your time spent indoors increased during the COVID-19 pandemic as a result of stay-at-home and shelter-in-place policies worldwide? Your challenge is to use the International Space Station (ISS) as inspiration and develop a system to monitor and/or purify indoor air. It is entirely up to you whether the system you design is able to be used on Earth (for example in homes, businesses, transportation, etc.) and/or in space.

Summary

We designed an air purifier that uses ways such as UV lights to destroy viruses like covid-19.

How We Addressed This Challenge

After a lot of research scientists found out that coronavirus is spread through the air too. It is really important that our air is clean so that we can reduse the number of coronavirus cases.

How We Developed This Project

The upgoing number of cases all around the world inspired us to find a solution to help others and raise awarness. We had the opportunity to learn more about the virus and to communicate with people from other countries to create something together to help humanity. To make the diagram we used autocad.
