Our project utilizes the most widely used method to detect covid-19 Patients more efficiently as in a public gathering environment the motion sensor will detect any human presence in front of it and will direct the infrared sensor which would detect the persons body temperature and in case of any deviation from normal body temperature will inform the operator to look in to it, mean while the scrubber and filtration system will eradicating any possible covid-19 carriers in the air using UV rays.
The inspiration behind taking up this challenge was to utilized this opportunity and pay our contribution in combating this great pandemic. We went through the ISS air purification systems and tried to utilize it in our project as efficiently as possible. We did not use any particular software but we used our engineering knowledge/ sense to come up with this project. We were able to win among the local teams the Bahrain and hope to compete internationally.
