How We Addressed This Challenge

Our project can help thousands of patients, clinics and hospitals to maintain a reliable, distributed database of eletronic medical record, and with capabilities to use the information to discover patterns and help to improve decision making.

How We Developed This Project

From the conversation with a doctor we were able to find a gap in the organization of medical information, which could lead to aggravation of cases, or even the induction of medical errors.

We created a distributed system based on blockchain to unify all information, with real-time access, and the possibility of using artificial intelligence and big data for statistics and predictive actions and ensuring the best prognosis.
