Your challenge is to find innovative ways to present and analyze integrated, real-time information about the environmental factors affecting the spread of COVID-19.

Global Covid-19 Case Statistics in real time

Summary

This particular project is developed on ARCGIS platform by pasting layers of COVID-19 statistics on Global Map, which is able to provide real time data as per the user's selection.Confirmed cases include presumptive positive cases.Active cases = total confirmed - total recovered - total deaths.Incidence Rate = confirmed cases per 100,000 persons.Mortality Rate (%) = Avg Number recorded deaths / Avg Number confirmed cases.

How We Addressed This Challenge

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused unprecedented public health and economic crises. In the coming weeks and months, viral tests for the presence of COVID-19 infection as well as serological tests for antibodies and potential immunity will be critical to measure the spread of the disease. Governments, businesses, and families will rely on data from these tests as they make decisions around the path forward.

Derivation of Covid-19 statistics in real time will create the awareness and deliver better understanding of situation's gravity enabling people to avoid the Covid risks by taking preventive measures.

Tracking Feature: A notepad based self tracking utility is embed into the app in order to keep a track of meeting people, visiting various places with date & time stamp.

How We Developed This Project

From 22nd Mar'20 onwards entire India is under lockdown, hence it was worth investing the time towards development of Covid-19 application on the both the platforms Desktop and Mobile App.

All over the globe struggling with Covid-19, hence this app is a small contribution towards the ongoing war which anyway will help the people in terms of real time updation of Covid-19 scenario.
