As the whole world these days is suffering from the COVID_19 pandemic so after the study It was confirmed that linking all themes related to COVID_19 represents a great way for preventing the disease and overcoming this challenge , so the data of these thematic areas can be best documented by making a mobile app as It is known that when you educate someone through words or news, it becomes boring and perhaps he will not pay attention to the words. One of the fun ways to display information and benefit is the mobile app, as the mobile has become the only entertainment after the quarantine. This challenge can be overcome by studying the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 and its spread to the impact the disease is having on the Earth system and documenting these issues by this app depending on space based date provided by the hackathon ( NASA –JAXA-ESA-WHO …). So, the challenges will focus on the following thematic areas:
• Learning about the virus and its spread using space-based data.
• Local response/change and solutions.
• Impacts of COVID-19 on the Earth system/Earth system response.
• Economic opportunity, impact, and recovery during and following COVID-19.
As the application will document and demonstrate
• COVID 19 as a pandemic
• Environmental factors affecting the spread of the virus
• Predictions due to analysis
• The link between earth and health sciences relevant to COVID 19
• Prevention techniques from the disease
• Recommendation
As linking is a great way for predicting and solving problems and the environmental factors , impacts of the disease and technical strategies of prevention and avoiding represent a key word for overcoming this challenge so we chose this challenge as overcoming it represent a good step with eradicating this pandemic. It is known that there is a life cycle, so the process will not happen if the previous process does not happen. Therefore, the causation term is well-known because the past is the cause of the present and the present is the cause of the future. And from here comes the link, everything in this universe is related to the other, because if there is no link, it is hard to solve any problem alone because we will not find the reason. This was the motivation for us to choose this challenge because always, with interconnectedness, there is a solution. We use some sources from different agencies like nasa earth observatory, nasa data pathfinders, U. S national institutes of health and others we use information from them and make connection with how can we make people be careful form this virus. At the beginning of the project, we collected documented data that included the relationship of environmental impacts with the spread of the corona virus This data was put into practice, but we found that it is not useful and that it will only benefit policymakers, but will not support the main factor in the confrontation (awareness) Therefore, the application provided us with information on how to avoid the virus and strengthen immunity in various ways and some recommendations.
The second stage was making the application. At first, we found a tool called Appy pie.it was Easy to use and does not require programming, but it cannot create a high-quality application and/or do many details and commands in the application. It takes a long time to run the application. so, after researching and studying possible ways for applying this applications we found an IDE called App lab which enabled us by programming with Java script, designing and providing the data after researching , studying the example resources and analyzing to design a high quality applications that represented a great solution and exceeded expectations .Problems We had to take an online programming course to learn more about app activation. also We did not know how to design graphic design and using Photoshop and we were not good at it , so we took courses and learned and designed the logo, photos and videos for the team easily.
