Where There’s a Link, There’s a Way

Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, there has been a proliferation of websites and portals developed to share resources about the topic. Your challenge is to find innovative ways to present and analyze integrated, real-time information about the environmental factors affecting the spread of COVID-19.

SOJAG

Summary

Project "SOJAG" is an Android web application that highlights the environmental factors that contribute to the spread of the global epidemic Covid-19. It also discusses some solutions to overcome it.We using NASA's SEDAC Covid 19 Viewer Map System, people can easily collect coronavirus data from anywhere in the world from that. Also, TO DO, a feature made with what to do at this time to keep people aware. There are various motion effects to increase user interaction in the whole web application.

How We Addressed This Challenge

Our challenge is, Where There's a links, There's a way. Project SOJAG has been created based on this challenge. We have selectively collected data from various international and U.S.  certified resources connected with environmental factors.  We have also taken help from NASA official open data sources, which has enriched our project.

How We Developed This Project

Project SOJAG uses two types of coding languages:

1. Web Development Language

2. Android Development Language

Participating for the first time, we did not understand how the challenge would be presented.

This web application uses java, kotlin, php, html and css. Added NASA Earth Observations Population Density, NASA's SEDAC Global Covid-19 Viewer. (Progressive Web Application could not be shown due to time constraint.)
