A World Away

Your challenge is to identify pandemic social problems that may have collateral effects in remote locations (such as space). How will you prepare for the collateral effects in remote locations, and/or evaluate on-Earth support and remote location risks, including psychological and technical risks?

Summary

Since the beginning of the quarantine, we have all idealized leisure and reunions. However, not everything will be as before, even with the end of the isolation, the cultural scope will have to be changed due to the consequences that will be around us.And in order to facilitate this paradigm shift, we at Andromeda propose an online platform, which will have multiplayer games to have fun with friends and family live, obtaining a healthy interaction over time, requiring only a device with internet access and that can simulate a joystick.

How We Addressed This Challenge

The group decided to work with the psychological factor that has been affected by everyone during the quarantine by developing a game capable of bringing closer relatives and close friends together.

How We Developed This Project

The initial idea pivoted and we went straight to the second, where we dealt with the issue of family separation, the solution we thought of was a form of virtual group entertainment, so the family, even far away from each other, can interact, have fun and get the feeling to be a little closer.
