Human Factors

The emergence and spread of infectious diseases, like COVID-19, are on the rise. Can you identify patterns between population density and COVID-19 cases and identify factors that could help predict hotspots of disease spread?

CoVid19 : Predict the Hotspot

Summary

CoVid19 : Predict the Hotspot - We are taking worldwide data of covid19 effect. We try to predict the high possibility areas in advance where the disease may spread and it will alert the authorities to make precautions and arrangements accordingly, before the spread of the pandemic.

How I Addressed This Challenge

As the Challenge is to find the Human Factors and the pandemic mostly spreading through human movements, Our project is trying to predict the possible hotspot where with given attribute of human population and movement in data we are in turn trying to apply Human Factors in order to predict the potential hotspots.

How I Developed This Project

We choose the human factors hack, as currently the pandemic is ongoing in present and mostly the spread happens through human chain, hence by studying human factors we could find a real world solution to ongoing present problem. for example we can predict the potential new hot spot and make necessary precautions before the spread of pandemic in that particular area. we used CoVid data from multiple sources including European Center for Disease Prevention and Control, WHO, Data world, Space agency satellite/map manual analysis etc. We are using Python and Anaconda along with libraries e.g. seaborn, matplot etc to get optimum solution on our data.
