How I Addressed This Challenge

This project builds on latest COVID19 developments and will track, explore & move ahead progress to the challenges of "I can't  breathe. Systematic & state wide failures and better outcomes for all lives...all matters.

How I Developed This Project

My work at JPL & Caltech associations and desk reviews of relevant NASA & other websites inspired and motivated my project. Breathing & lack of air, water & poverty motivated this proposal to beat COVID19.
